  • CRS will work with the client on developing a downtown revitalization strategy and identifying optimal properties to achieve the client's redevelopment goals

    (3 - 4 week engagement)

  • high-level analysis of project feasibility using market data, site analysis, and development assumptions to determine projected financing gap and recommended strategies for public particiation


    (8 - 12 week engagement)

  • - Formal solicitation process on behalf of client to identify the best development partner and execute a development agreement

    (TBD based on scope of project)
